For Fall/Winter O My Bag are launching The Black Collection which is made using a unique eco-leather developed exclusively for them by revolutionary tanner Patrick Lee. O My Bag burst into life in July 2011 when Dutch designer Paulien Wesserlink couldn’t find the classic vintage schoolbag she’d been looking for and so set out to create it herself. With the conviction that high style doesn’t have to come at the expense of cheap labour, Paulien hopped on a plane to India to find the right tannery and manufacturers to produce O My Bags. The result? Classic, vintage-inspired eco-leather bags and accessories made by Fair Trade producers; bags that don’t just look gorgeous, but are good for people and planet too!
